Wedding Photography
It's a fantastic privilege to be asked to photograph a wedding, and an enormous responsibility too. Apart from the rings your wedding photographs should last well beyond your lifetime, passed down through generations of your family to be.
Just imagine being able to not only show your children and grandchildren pictures of your wedding day, but to enable them to experience your wedding as if they were there. That is the aim of my photography, to tell a story, your story, for generations to come.
Almost everyone hates wedding photographers; they take the bride and groom away for hours making them pose unnaturally for photographs, they then hijack the wedding guests and force them to stand for eternity, smiling through gritted teeth outside the church on an cold Saturday afternoon.
Not all wedding photographers are the same, I am not the same. There will always be the posed group photographs, but I aim to do these as quickly and quietly as possible, allowing you and your guests to get back to the celebrations of the day.
The best photographs will come when everyone is relaxed, and my style of photography is to be as unobtrusive as possible. I'll watch your day unfold and without hinder to yourselves and your guests I will capture the moments you will treasure for a lifetime.
